Card received by a homeowner before we rebuilt their home

When disaster strikes, every minute counts.  Heritage Homes knows and understands this fact and, as a result, we have created a disaster relief policy for prospective homeowners.  It is the policy of Heritage Homes of Nebraska, Inc., to give PRIORITY to those individual homeowners who have been adversely affected by a natural disaster such as a fire, flood, etc.

Over the past 30 years, Heritage Homes has helped many families get back on their feet more quickly following a natural disaster by maximizing the system built home advantage.   In order to help  provide disaster relief to the affected, we will expedite home orders in three ways:

Aftermath of the April 9th, 2011 tornado outbreak in Mapleton, IA Iowa tornado outbreak April 2011 – Mapleton, IAA home underwater during the 2011 Missouri River FloodingMissouri River Flooding summer 2011 – Hamburg, IA

1.   Processing:  Heritage Homes will expedite all processing of blueprints and orders to accommodate faster construction times.
2.   Home Construction Scheduling: Once the order is finalized as buildable with all complete details, deposits and proof of financing, the home will be scheduled for construction in the next available construction time slot.
3.   Home Setting and Zip-up: Heritage Homes will work with your authorized Heritage Homes builder to expedite delivery, setting and zip up to maximize the system built home experience.

Remember – Heritage Homes still builds each home individually and always maintains a minimum backlog to allow adequate time to order specific home components (windows, doors, roof trusses,  and cabinets).  Ultra custom homes requiring special order components or state architectural stamps may require longer lead times.
