The Heritage of Omaha Sales
Center was opened at I-80 and Hwy 370 in November of 2005 to meet
the growing needs of the market in a 70 mile radius surrounding, Omaha,
Lincoln and Council Bluffs, IA. The Sales Center is OPEN to the public
by appointment. We are located
in Omaha at I-80 and Hwy 370 at exit 439.
All of our homes are built
only to order for our builders and their customers, so that each family's
home is really custom built for them. Our system helps our builders
be more efficient and offers a wider variety of materials and designs
than any other method of building. You get a local builder, receive
